Ripcord, a document ingestion company born out of NASA, has evolved into something much more over the years. They can take massive amounts of physical documents and, with some pretty cool robots, scan them at superhuman speeds. Then, they're able to use machine learning to train their software enabling it classify the data recorded. This means they’re able to take information trapped on paper and turn it into flexible, actionable data.
The company evolved, but its brand didn't. They recognized that they needed a better way to connect with their audience.
